I have loved Siamville for YEARS. Their service is impeccable, they are quick, kind, and their food is the best in town. My favorites are pad Thai and basil beef, I’d easily eat those everyday for the rest of my life. If you need a good Thai restaurant, come here, it’s the best in CR. Takeout is quick too, and service inside is even better. Shoutout to Beatrice, always my waiter and known her for years she’s wonderful

First time eating Thai for me, they did not disappoint. The waitress was very nice and it wasn't very busy on a Friday evening when we were there.

I have visited Siamville Thai Cuisine many times and highly recommend. The very first thing I want to talk about is the restaurant interior. It is, in a word, serene. This is actually quite important to me. As I have written before, the setting and mood can definitely have an effect on my perception of the meal. Siamville has a single, completely open dining room, tastefully furnished and decorated... with no televisions. I love this style of dining. The single dining room evokes an old-school feeling of community for me, and the lack of distractions from flat-screens or loud music is a delight. A huge part of my dining culture is connecting over good food. A lengthy meal and conversation with friends, old or new, is my idea of a perfect time. The service is also fabulous, I believe in all of the many, many times I have visited it has been the same lovely server. She is a gem! Quietly efficient, and with a pleasant friendliness that seems in keeping with the serenity of the place. On to the food! I simply couldn't begin to review all of the dishes I have enjoyed from their extensive menu. So I will cover a few faves... For appetizers, I like the following: Summer Rolls A deep fried roll with sliced carrots, cabbage, and mung bean noodles served with sweet & sour sauce. This is a common item, but their mix of filling and just right crisp stand out to me. Goong Sarong Crispy marinated shrimp with a garlic and pepper base, wrapped in wheat skin served with sweet & sour sauce. A yummy treat! I like the consistency and flavor and feel like they make a great snack for a bevvy and a chat with a friend. These next choices were tough to make as I really like all of their food, but here goes: Eggplant Stir Fry Eggplants, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, carrots, and Thai basil in soybean sauce. I am a big fan of eggplant, I love the way it soaks up flavors, and I this case, it is soaking up some really yummy flavors! The soybean sauce provides a savory, umami taste that marries with the cooked-just-right vegetables perfectly. Panang Curry Medium spicy curry (I order it "5" spicy) with coconut milk mixed with peanut butter, kaffir lime leaves, extra meat and tons of bell peppers. I like all of their curries but this is the one I order the most. I love the depth of the peanut butter coconut milk base, it is rich, delicious, and satisfying. The kaffir lime leaves add a special burst of flavor to an already incredibly flavorful dish. One of my favorite ways to eat it is with noodles rather than rice. Two noodle dishes I love; Spicy Noodles Wheat noodles stir-fried with carrots, onions, cabbage, tomatoes and egg in sweet, spicy, tomatoes and soy sauce. I really enjoy every aspect of this dish! I love the thick, tasty in-and-of themselves wheat noodles, the veg is always cooked just right, maintaining a good texture, and the sauce is fabulous! I order this one at a "5" as well, and the tomatoes and soy at that spice level just make my mouth sing! Pad Thai Woonsen Stir-fried mung bean noodles with egg, bean sprouts and green onions in tamarind sauce with ground peanut and lime on the side. I am a fan of Pad Thai, and this is a delicious variation. It maintains the character of traditional Pad Thai but adds a flavor twist with the mung bean noodles. These noodles react a bit differently to the sweet and tangy sauce in the standard dish, giving it a unique character. One final dish... Pad Cha Pla A large, crispy chunk fried Haddock, sauteed in spicy red chili paste with core peppers, kachai strips, bell peppers with a hint of lime (dry & spicy). My oh my, one of my all time favorite entrees at this restaurant! The fish is cooked in a very unique manner, coated with spices, and then (I believe) broiled under a high heat for a brief time. The flavor profile is exotic, as is the mouth-feel. I love the deep spice of this dish. It stands out to my palate. I eat a lot of different foods and cuisines, but this one dish really sticks in my memory for its flavor and texture. @RickiGoesOut

Great food and a very friendly staff. One weird thing with me is their drink glasses are very robust and a bit heavy and they have glass tops on their tables. I thought I was going to break glass a couple times. Haha. I would come back!

Authentic, super flavorful, and definitely worth the money. If it's your first time come for lunch to try more (appetizers) for less . They do really fast takeout. If you dine in, there are only about 12 tables and it's a cozy dive. Just don't go to the bathroom while you're there. I'll always come back!

At 6 pm on a Saturday, I was expecting a more crowded restaurant. Color me surprised when I saw it was only half full. I didn’t get our waitress’s name but she was attentive, friendly, and timely. We ordered crab rangoons for our appetizer. Crispy skin, a beautiful golden brown, and freshly made, these were appetizers to be proud of. The filling was hot and savory, cream cheese mixed with real crab. Not imitation crab, the real deal. And that sweet and spicy chili sauce added amazing flavor. The only downside was that I found the sauce to be kind of thin. I had purchased the Pad Kee Mao with chicken. The portions were an impressive size and the taste did not disappoint. Even after stir frying, the vegetables still had a good amount of crunch and texture, nothing limp or squishy. The chicken was a bit dry but still flavorful and worked well with the dish overall. Though I did find it a little salty, the tea and water provided helped a lot. As a heads up, I requested a more mild version of my dish. The Pad Kee Mao is normally very spicy so if you aren’t used to spicy foods, just make a request to your server to reduce the spice level. It has been years since I went here but I’m glad to see the quality was as good as I remembered.
